Great tool especially useful in Customer Understanding

The main benefit I have experienced using Kenmei is that it has helped me to understand my customers better. This helps us to provide them with more personalized services. The platform also allows us to use real time information for our business decisions. This has helped us improve our business processes and reduce operational costs. We can easily access all our data from one place which has made things easier for us. It would be great if they could add some more features like chatbot and AI…

Additional Layer of Analysis & Monitoring

The way that it can be used as an additional tool for monitoring our networks along with other tools we have already installed such as Cisco APICast etc., This allows us to monitor multiple sites at once from one dashboard which makes things easier when troubleshooting or checking if something has been changed since last time I checked/checked out. It's not perfect but does what its designed to do very well! If you want more control over your system then this isn't probably going to work so…

Awesome tool helps in reducing workload and more

The best part about ken me i was able to automate almost everything we used manually before which saved us time as well because now I don't have much thing left for manual work but nothing major came out from this platform other than its speediness hence no dislike at all! Nothing really it's just that sometimes some error occurs like connection lost or something else you can always restart your app so there must be minor errors happening everytime otherwise why would they call their product…

  • There is great help in terms o user convenience especially with scheduling shifts, booking an entire day full schedule automatically (if u know how) plus many more stuffs where one doesn'f need human support anymore!!!!! It saves money by not having extra staff members sitting idle most people do what needs doing only when someone isn taken off shift.but thanks guys who

Very good CRM solution with excellent features

The software is very easy to use, the functionality is very powerful and the support is fast and efficient.The system allows you to integrate all the different types of data from different sources in a very simple manner. There are no problems to be solved in terms of functionality, the system is very stable and I have nothing to say about it. I use the software for managing my customer relationship. The system allows me to keep a very close eye on my customer relationship and to react quickly

Helpful in automating configuration of new projects

The main benefit I have found so far has been that it helps me do my work faster than before (and not just because its easier). It also allows us as an organization more control over our networks infrastructure rather then depending solely upon 3rd party providers for maintenance services etc.. We are still evaluating if this product will be able solve all issues we need solved or only some but at least get others off their back! This program doesn't seem capable solving every issue related…
