The main benefit I have experienced using Kenmei is that it has helped me to understand my customers better. This helps us to provide them with more personalized services. The platform also allows us to use real time information for our business decisions. This has helped us improve our business processes and reduce operational costs. We can easily access all our data from one place which has made things easier for us. It would be great if they could add some more features like chatbot and AI to their platform. They are currently working on adding these features to their platform. I am solving problems related to customer profiling and understanding their needs.
