Submerge the tablet in water by pressing and holding the tab for about 5 seconds. You should see the tray curve inward at the ends, indicating it can be shaped.3. Immediately place the splint in your mouth and PRESS ON THE FRONT OF THE TEETH with your fingers. This will give you the shape for your teeth.4. Hold the peel in your mouth for 3 minutes while it cools. Cut off the tongue and excess gum space that you don't need.6. Add whitening gel and enjoy! That worked for me the first time, the first cap.
