I'm a firm believer that 'cable is cable' and this cable doesn't disappoint. I use it to connect my phone to my car stereo and it works flawlessly with no static, popping or noticeable audio degradation. However, the end connections are HUGE. Something to be aware of. In my case the 2.5mm end connected to the underside of my stereo's bezel and it hit the dash and didn't go in. I took a razor blade and carefully cut off the plastic molding and now it fits perfectly. This is important to consider if the space in which the cable ends must run is limited.
