Awkward stitching and tape handling disables touchscreen functionality

I bought these when I was working at EMS to wear to work (yes I was that guy) and I've had two disappointments with this glove . The biggest thing was that the seams weren't flat and I could feel all the seams very clearly on the inside when I put the glove on. Unlike pure fabric Blackhawk SOLAG gloves or various cold weather tactical gloves, they don't look like smooth, consistent fabric that wraps snugly around your hand. Synthetic leather, which is harder and tougher than the softer fabric in the fully woven variant of the Blackhawk SOLAG glove, is sewn into these ribs, which you can clearly feel on your hand and which, at least initially, kept me from feeling anything. then outside. glove with glove. This was an instant disappointment and I hope to avoid other gloves with such prominent leather stitching on the inside in the future. If I wore a pad under the UTI glove it would probably solve my problem. I also noticed that while the touchscreen function worked initially, after a while it stopped working as well (and eventually stopped working) on my dominant hand. I ended up attaching this to where I touched the medical tape with my fingertips: whenever I touched the adhesive side of the medical tape, the tape was covered with black fuzz from the glove where I touched it with my fingers. In doing so, it appears that I have removed some processing or components of the fingertips that provide the touchscreen functionality. Aside from the loss of touchscreen functionality, there was no damage or obvious wear and tear to the fingertips from repeated handling of the medical patch's adhesive backing. All other aspects of the glove looked good and I had no other issues with durability or toughness. I particularly appreciated the relatively subtle branding. They were lost in the hospital after less than a year of wearing.
