The clasp of the watch is so tight that I had to pry it open with a metal fork for half an hour. And this is only possible when the watch is not on my wrist. When putting it on, I can't even open the buckle with a fork because the force used is not enough. I ended up having to slip it through my wrist with the buckle intact to take the watch off. Luckily I haven't adjusted the bracelet to be big enough to slip through my hand without opening the clasp. But it was a painful process! Now I can't wear a watch at all unless I take it to a watch shop to have the clasp replaced with another one that opens and closes properly. But I don't know if I can find a watch shop that sells a clasp for these bracelets! This clasp is totally useless and I really hope the manufacturer does something about this and replaces their clasp with one that opens with normal force without resorting to the use of a metal fork!
