35/45/65/95 Quart Basket works with 80L cooler. You have to twist it as the lip sides are too short. But since either the basket or the cooler walls get smaller with increasing depth, the basket sits in the cooler without protrusions. I believe it will withstand the normal weight it is designed for. Please note that you cannot place the basket on the far left or right of the cooler as the lid will not close due to the height of the basket handles touching the cooler lid. . But it works well in other positions and the lid closes. Better than paying double for a real 80 liter cooler.
