This is my favorite bra, and it fits and looks like a much higher-priced brand that does not have larger sizes. I have recently lost 50 pounds, and before losing was wearing a 42 F. As I lost weight, I had to order new sizes for my bras, and this one has never failed me. I am now back in a 38DD. A few years back, I was wearing a 36DD, so, with luck, I will eventually get back to it.The underwire is comfortable because it is curved deep, and wide enough that it does not cut into the sides of my boobs. In addition, the racer back creates less pressure on my shoulders. Several regular bras have over-the-shoulder straps, and many of those would slide off my shoulder despite how much they were tightened. I don't have that problem with these bras.If your breasts are fuller and you suffer from indentations in your shoulders from other bras, give this one a try. I recommend ordering at least two or three in different sizes through "try before you buy"to find your perfect fit. (If you usually are a 40D, try a 38DD for a better fit, or if you need to go up a size from your usual size, you could go to a 42 C - unfortunately bra sizing is not universal)
