The customer support team at this organization has been very helpful in solving our issues, they are willing to go above & beyond for us! They have helped me with getting my website up an running after I had moved from another web developer that was not able to get it set-up correctly or maintainable as needed when we were using them over 10 years ago. My site went down more than once due to their server being outdated which caused hours upon hours of downtime while waiting for techies who could fix things but never did because there just wasn't time during business hours (which made no sense). It's frustrating having your clients' websites be unavailable or slow all day long causing lost revenue/customers etc., especially if you're working through lunch break where food isn't cheap either lol!! If anyone needs help setting up any type of CMS such as WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal - don't hesitate contacting these.
