does not act as a daily sunscreen

I wanted to like this because Neutrogena is available and available everywhere but man this isn't their best formula. For reference, I use sunscreen on my face and hands daily. Living in Seattle, I rarely need to apply it all over my body, and when I do, it's only a few weeks a year. After trying on my face for a few weeks, I put it back on the shelf to use on my body next summer. I am pale). The smell is strong, not bad, but not great either. It was hard on my face. This in combination with the white liner was particularly noticeable on my brows and hairline where it could get stuck. Not very pretty and very uncomfortable. When applying it to my hands, I noticed that it transfers to the keyboard, steering wheel, etc. even after it dries. It is not suitable as daily sun protection. I imagine this would be great for a day at the beach or on a boat when you want to wear something long lasting and aren't concerned about how you look because it's so damn hot, so I'm saving that for now.
