I have been working with them since 2011 in various roles (QA Analyst - Senior QE Engineer) so i know their capabilities very well! Their approach is always aligned towards delivering best results while maintaining high value business objectives at every stage along way! They are constantly evolving & pushing boundaries by introducing new technologies which brings more efficiencies into our daily processes without sacrificing standards or values over time!! Good communication skills as they understand what we need right now even though there might be some scope within current limitations / framework. Supportive management team who makes sure things get moving forward smoothly when push comes too hard!! Nothing specific other than overall performance/results achieved during past few years where it felt like work was not valued properly due low morale amongst employees especially senior technical staff members leading people down wrong paths etc..
