Bought for our 5 year old grandson. I was surprised how small the mattress packaging is. It arrived in excellent condition. We unpacked it and immediately put it outside as we read other reviews about the smell. There is even an instruction to air it from the outside. We did this for 3 days and moved it inside. They took it out the next day because there was a strong smell in the bedroom. We left him outside in the shade for 2 more days. At this point I sprayed it with Febreez. This seemed to help. Brought it back and the smell is still very faint. I lay down on a cot and realized that if an adult sleeps there, we need to put a board under the mattress. But our 5 year old grandson will be fine for a few more years. We are happy with that. I remember our king foam mattress also had a slight odor when we first bought it for a while. Would I buy it again - yes. I think the quality is excellent and the size is perfect for us. I give 4 stars because of the smell. If we didn't have to deal with that, I'd probably give it a 10.
