Review on ICECO T12 Portable Refrigerator Freezer, 14 Quart, Touch Control, Touch Screen, DC 12/24V, AC 110-240V, -18℃ to 10℃, for Home & Car Use by Michael Rosario

This is the second unit I have ordered. The first one was returned because the device didn't send a BT signal. Same problem with this one. On IOS, when using a QR code on a fridge, the error "This app is currently unavailable in your country or region" occurs. I managed to install 3 different apps: Car Fridge, Smart Car Fridge and Moco. Neither of them can find the fridge. How can he find him if he's not a couple? Fridge will NOT show up in BT Settings on iPhone or Android. Even tried different BT scanners to see if he could find it. Obviously the block is not sending its signal. According to support, the device's BT should always be on - there are no on/off buttons. Send an email and chat with the support team. They have replied and asked me to send photos of the labels on the box - they are coming back to see if it might be a factory issue. Based on some of the feedback here, I'm guessing that some batches work and some don't. Now to the functionality of the device. GOOD: Very nice device. It looks well made. Also cools down quickly. However, the temperature information on the refrigerator is far from true. According to the manual there seems to be a way to set the offset, but it's confusing. BAD: advertised app functionality - good luck with that. The temperature should NEVER drop below 0F. left on for 24 hours. in dual mode. Set 0 on the freezer side and 34 on the fridge side. Place 4 chilled bottles on the freezer side and 4 on the fridge side. Together with absolutely accurate and reliable indoor thermometers - to compare temperature indicators. Leave for 24 hours without opening the lid. The G20 temperature on the display showed 2 degrees Fahrenheit on the freezer side and 30 degrees on the fridge side. Reliable thermometers showed 8 degrees in the freezer and 38 degrees in the fridge. The water is frozen, but not 100%. The side of the fridge was chilled down to about 38 on an accurate thermometer. I even used a laser thermometer to confirm all readings. UGRODNY: I am currently waiting for a response from support as to whether they have a solution to the BT issue. If I don't hear from them soon they will be back. (Note: If you look at YouTube reviews, none of these guys use thermometers to confirm advertised temperatures or actual BT settings from scratch. Hmmmmmm. How handy.) Update 4/25/20 - email correspondence with " Support" - lol. If I could speak and write Chinese, they could understand the question and give a coherent answer. The fridge doesn't show up on any of the phones I've tried, yes Apple and Android. Today I noticed that they changed the advertisement and don't mention the app. last thought If BT works, why isn't pairing mentioned anywhere?
