01/03/2021: So far I am extremely dissatisfied with this mattress. I paid a lot for a 12 inch mattress and expect to get what I paid for. It's been in use for 36 hours and has sat and still hasn't moved past 9.75 inches. I even heated my apartment to an uncomfortably high temperature in hopes it would help her. But without success. And if I were to sleep on it under 12 inches it would be terribly uncomfortable as the shell is made for a 12 inch mattress. I would just push and push as the case isn't stretched and so much space in it hasn't been taken up yet. I've read such great reviews of this mattress that I'm particularly disappointed. Especially since I gave away my old mattress and now who knows how long I'll be sleeping on my couch. If it doesn't stretch to the right size by tomorrow I'll have to return it. So far it's been a really horrible experience.
