Fits my cat well. The spikes on the carpet didn't hurt my cat and at the same time played a kind of obstacle. I placed it next to my potted plants and my cat walked away as soon as she touched it. I buy another one and put it in the closet so the cat won't scratch my dress.

Place this around my plants like a fortress so the cat can't reach it and she literally walks over this thing. No hesitation just walked on it and tried to eat my plants, this product is a joke and a waste of money. Well the search for a product that will deter a cat from plants continues, crumpled up $14 and flushed it down the toilet.

I think the product has an accurate description and overall it's exactly what I expected other than the fact that it came rolled up and I was horrified trying hard to flatten it. Trouble is, my cat didn't care. He went through it like it was nothing! I don't think he would lie on it, but that never stopped him from going to the spot I used as a fence. He jumped over it when it wasn't wide enough and after I bought more and made it really wide he went through. It really didn't work.

Ideal for outdoors where a battery operated poop mat is not possible. Although one of my dogs has learned to tolerate when not stressed. It looks a bit like a medieval torture device, but it's actually not harmful. This keeps my dogs away from some dangerous bad habits, like trying to jump a fence and fighting our neighbor's dog through a gap in the wall. Also prevents them from digging in the door.
