Review on UltraDash C1 Magnetic Charging Dashboard by Matthew Hoang

I have had the "C1" DVR for a few years now. When I first got it, the fuse on the charging cable blew, which is built into the cable and isn't user-replaceable, for example. I hooked it up to my computer and found the camera looks good. I call customer service and they sent me a new charging cable. They sent me a new cable and the fuse blew again and when I called them again after many questions they sent me a third cable and this cable has been working great for several years now. I think they had faulty charging cables and some of the customer reviews surrounding the dashcam dying were probably due to bad charging cables. I also installed the dash cam with an adhesive mount and it has proven solid. A suction cup mount would not affect the window and fall off, so I would not recommend using it. The magnetic mount is beautiful and durable. I looked at the files on the memory card and they look fine. The DVR has also been exposed to a wide range of temperatures and has performed flawlessly. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend this dash cam and the company for the good customer service.
