nursing home work with covid outbreak. I've had problems before when we only made sheet face masks. Then we went to N95 or something like that and my claustrophobia went through the roof. Couldn't concentrate on work because he was in "panic mode". Now we've added face shields and everyone is going through what I went through. That allows me to do my job. It's amazing what a small amount of air on your face can do mentally. I still need "mask breaks" but I can focus on work between those breaks instead of "escape routes". So it's a game changer for people like me.
