We've only had this item a few weeks and only driven it 2 times a week. The upper rubber piece came loose in the raised position during a solo ride unbeknownst to my husband. The metal main footrest came loose the following week. I contacted the seller and went back and forth until he informed me that the return period had expired. I said I sent the message long before it happened. They first said I could walk, but a piece of rubber from the parts store. Em no. Then he said it would cost $50 for the entire left side. Both cost $80. I said unacceptable. Then they offered $15 plus shipping. I have had it for less than a month and have been told it is not normal then support your product! Eventually I had to contact Revain to get a refund.
