The case itself is fine and has protected my phone from damage several times, but the clip on the belt case broke after about 11 months. The case itself protects against bumps and drops just like the heavily overpriced LifeProof models, but this case is NOT waterproof. I've filled out the warranty details - I'll let you know if and when the manufacturer responds. Update - A day after I wrote this review, the guys at Supcase emailed back my request for a new case and belt clip and are shipping them today. Customer service is rarely this smooth, easy and well executed. Based on their reasonable response I've upgraded them to 5 stars because while anyone can sell a decent product, the really good companies are willing to support their hardware if something goes wrong.
