Great for small businesses trying new ideas
I like their ability to listen and provide great feedback. They are always willing to share their expertise. They have been very responsive in helping us get our website up and running with no issues. Their customer support has been exceptional. It is nice that they can help with anything from logo designs, to graphic design, to social media management. I wish there was more of a collaboration between team members. I would prefer if we could get together to discuss projects more often. The benefits are that we are able to collaborate and build amazing websites at a reasonable price.
Pros
- My favourite thing about working for this agency so far it's responsiveness as well as easy interaction through email or phone call when needed.They also give good suggestions regarding client needs while doing project work which makes things easier too !!!
Cons
- There should be better opportunities where employees across departments interact each other outside office hours instead sitting behind computers
