Easy to assemble. Arrived with some scratches and one piece fell apart but it was taped together so it doesn't fall apart completely. I love the boxes it comes with. I had to put cardboard underneath because it wobbled a bit, but maybe because it's on carpet and not hardwood. Works great for what I needed it for. Edit: It's been four months and still good. Nothing fell apart. The cat uses it as a launch pad for the window, but it stays put. He's very extreme in how he jumps on it. Very satisfied, especially because it was not too expensive. Good buy.
