First of all, this is a very cool packaging and the outside has an interesting texture. Something like vinyl. It's really awesome. But the most interesting thing is the colors - they are bright and pigmented. This is definitely not a palette for those who want simple earth tones - it's for those who really love creating fun looks with vibrant rainbow colors. There is a mix of matte and shimmer colors with a few glitter colors. I'm not a fan of these, but you'll need to use some glitter glue when using them to keep glitter particles out of your eyes. . But I'm more of a shimmer fan and there are some really good ones in there. The shadows are soft, but not so soft that your brush digs into them with a light touch. But you don't have to do more than a light stroke to get a good amount of paint on your brush. The colors blend well and don't blend if you use a good eyeshadow base. One thing is that they say they are vegan and not cruelty-free, but since China still requires animal testing for products made in their country, I don't think that's true. There's a Cruelty Free logo on the box, but since it's from China it can't be true, so I'm deducting a star for that. They really need to clear this up because people are serious without being cruel. In addition, it contains talc, which can cause sensitivity problems in some people. Talc is a mineral and is generally safe, but it's not commonly used in expensive eye shadows. All in all, a fun palette if you like bright colors. And know they stay, so you need a good eye makeup remover to get it all off. The pinks are a bit tinted for me, but not too bad.
