Very well packaged! It comes in its own shipping carton. Mine came in a large Revain box with other items from the order. So if you were just ordering the palette separately I don't know how Revain would supply it. But inside the Revain packaging box was another brown packaging box with the brand name ("Hot Sugar") on it. It was sealed with tape. They are very pigmented and soft, be sure to tap the brush before applying. I didn't actually wear eyeshadow because I don't use makeup other than cosplay, which hasn't been necessary on my eyelids so far. I specifically ordered this palette for its red and orange colors which matched my cosplay hair colors and were perfect. I applied eye shadow to my brows and the color lasted all day on the Kona and after the party (about 12 hours of wear) through sweat and rain without smearing or fading!

First of all, this is a very cool packaging and the outside has an interesting texture. Something like vinyl. It's really awesome. But the most interesting thing is the colors - they are bright and pigmented. This is definitely not a palette for those who want simple earth tones - it's for those who really love creating fun looks with vibrant rainbow colors. There is a mix of matte and shimmer colors with a few glitter colors. I'm not a fan of these, but you'll need to use some glitter glue…

I'm usually skeptical when it comes to buying cosmetics from Amazon, but I saw that this product, especially the red palette, is half off. I bit the bullet and got this. I have only good things to say about this product. The packaging is intriguing, but the shadows are rich and oily, comparable to luxury brands.
