
First let me admit that I received great customer service from the chat reps on the site. So if you're like me and can't do it, know that you can "I can get help. However, I got the remote here at Revain and couldn't seem to program it - even went and bought a new battery. I spoke to a representative who agreed to send a replacement free of charge. I tried that and still couldn't get it to work. Well, as is sometimes the case, I think I had "Oh, I'm an idiot". a point I'm only acknowledging here to perhaps save someone else some frustration and embarrassment. See. I still had the remote on my keychain. I thought the whole board came out with the battery. It was "broken" so it had to be replaced right? The rep said no matter how many remotes you program, it should be done at the same time. OK. I'm starting to think maybe it's a "broken" console that's kind of interfering. I open the old remote control and wonder. Maybe he just needed a battery the whole time? I thought there were wires in there and they and the battery fell out. Ah, but what the heck. I put the battery in, went through the instructions and got 2 out of 3 remotes working. Apparently my "broken" remote control wasn't broken. Do you hear how much I rolled my eyes at that? 1. Turn the ignition to the "Run" position and turn it off again 8 times - the last time EXIT IN THE POSITION 2. You will hear your car lock cycle (lock and unlock) by itself. This will enter programming mode. 3. Press and hold the unlock button on one of the remote controls for about 2 seconds.4. You should hear the cycle of locks again5. Repeat the unlock button press again on another replacement remote --- Tech support was great so don't be afraid if you need to contact them. Note. In remote cases it is VERY difficult to tell which side the battery should be on. because the raised letters on the black case are so tiny. The + side of the battery, which is the wider, unstructured side of the 2032 battery, should face the case.
