My wife paid for a laser engraver so I can engrave the wooden cutting boards we've given family members. I have literally enjoyed engraving everything from leather to tool handles (and woodwork of course). It is very profitable and I recommend this engraver to users of any level. My criticism is the lack of an "instruction manual" for setting up the engraver (things like adjusting the height of the laser head) and interacting with the software. required for the operation of the system. YouTube was full of videos for this particular machine, so I was able to assemble the system and have it burning wood within 2 hours of unpacking it. Again, I recommend this system to users of all experience levels. DR
