I want to start my review by saying the customer service from this seller is amazing, I needed my hair just in time for prom and I was able to get the seller to ship my hair on time. When I received the hair it was beautifully packaged, no smell, beautiful wefts. After installation, the ceiling has been nicely bleached and installed, not much plucking required at all. The hair is very soft and true to length. The longest piece I got was 24 inches and reached just over my butt. Beautiful shine, easy to install and turned out fantastic.
