Review on Wall-Mounted Hook System: Revolutionizing Wall Hanging by Kristen Simpson

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Just a catch. = /

"Hanging System" "No More Guessing, Fighting, Scratching" Seriously, these are just hooks. The hook can rotate up and down when installed in the hole. But I bought them today and to be honest I don't know what's so special about them. You still have to either guess or measure where to place it. You still have to drive a nail into the wall. As long as it's a system. Well, if you call a nail and a hook a system, then I guess you have it. The hooks are quite wide/broad at the tip. So if you have something that has a slot for a nail or screw head, it's unlikely to work. Also, the backing (base) that you nail to the wall is quite large (the smallest is about 1½ inches, the largest almost 2½ inches). So your cable or mounting holes/brackets need to be fairly low down if you don't want them to be visible. They're supposed to hold quite a bit of weight, which is good. (Small to 25 lbs. Medium to 50 lbs. Large to 75 lbs.) Perhaps the base/bracket supports that much weight? Otherwise, I don't know what's supposed to be so great about these hooks. To be honest there are other hooks on the market that are MUCH smaller and do the same (better) in my opinion. - You come back. no I would not recommend this to family or friends. (The guy looking at something on the back of the box looks creepy! LOL)
