UPDATE 03/05/20: We received a full refund and also sent another item for free! No communication, just saw an email from Revain shortly after letting me know about the loan and the package. The novelty is still in the box as I superglued it myself. Updated my rating to 4 stars, seems fair. First review: The mirror broke right off the backing that held it by the adjustable neck/clip. I was so upset that it broke that I tried supergluing it and put a piece of tape on it to see if it held up better. The original definition is NOT effective, especially for a heavy enough clamp. If the mirror itself was as durable as the clip I would give it a better rating. I would give it back but I don't want to suffer. I hope the glue/tape holds or I'll definitely be sending it back. Will update when I come back. I wouldn't buy it again and I rarely write reviews so this shows you how sad/upset I am.
