I wore it about 20 minutes and after getting out of the car saw two "pulls" The only thing that was against the sweater was the seatbelt. So it appears any kind of pressure is going to cause the yarn in the trim to come apart. I "tied" the two ends together until I could get into the house and after tying and leaving the pieces hang one of the threads fell to the pavement. Very very fragile. I've never seen anything like it. It's a beautiful sweater and I wanted to order the blue, this is the green, but I can't if it's not going to hold up for normal wear. I'll wear it around the house I guess but I wanted it for work but I can't have the yarn breaking and coming apart like that.
