These are definitely good value walking shoes - the ones I wear regularly (New Balance) cost about four times as much as these. The problem is that these shoes are not suitable for walking. They are very light (which can be a good thing) but offer no support. The laces are incredibly thin and flimsy. And the shoes are not comfortable at all. I have wide feet and these are not wide shoes, but my feet seem to move in them when walking. After wearing these shoes for about half an hour, my feet hurt. So no, I do not recommend these shoes. The price is great but you get what you pay for! And these are not good walking shoes.
