This tool really works!
It took a few tries to get it working. For me, the key was to leave some foam on the bass ale (bottom beer). Also, for Guinness, use Guinness, which comes in a 14.9-ounce can with a nitrogen bulb inside. I tried bottled Guinness first and it didn't work. However, the beer was not wasted. So I enjoyed the perfect black and tan from my third try. An upside down spoon has never helped me. This is the best bar tool I have ever bought. Cooking black and tans for family and friends is fun.
