In general, I am happy with the headphones that I purchased. To begin, this is something that is incredibly useful for day-to-day use because it is so convenient. There are no issues with the functioning of the Huawei P20 when used. The only issue I had was during the initial pairing process; it got stuck at 60 percent, but restarting my phone fixed the issue. After I had paired the devices, I promptly offered to update the firmware, which was a process that took a few minutes. When worn, they do not make the wearer uncomfortable and do not exert any pressure on the ears while the cap is being worn. Even though it only comes with one earpiece, using it as a headset for phone calls is quite convenient. It is convenient because control functions, such as pausing the music and moving on to the next track, can be set up in a manner that is distinct for the right and left headphones. Noise reduction is effective, but it is only able to eliminate low-level background noises; the majority of the sounds coming from the outside world can still be heard.
