Some notes:* No backing.* White is very transparent even when not wet. Put on a tracksuit and you'll most likely see the straps clearly without even bending down and studying the footage. If you want to be more modest, wear compression shorts underneath.* Usually thin (hence transparent). Not quite sure how durable they will be. * Not glare / probably not suitable for game shorts. *Probably best for workouts that can be easily wrecked without worrying too much. * No pockets (pretty normal for them). * To be expected at this price. *Fit is mostly as expected compared to other Adidas shorts. * The waistband height/thickness is noticeably thinner compared to higher end Adidas shorts, probably around an inch or so. * Feet feel more baggy in girth than better quality Adidas shorts, but I would imagine so and don't want to check the size. :P* Rougher "finish"/"surface" on fabric that seems a little more clingy than game day shorts. Again, this could just be imagined and ruined after a few washes of prettier shorts. Overall I gave them 4 stars but they're probably a pair of shorts for 2.5 or 3 stars if you were completely clueless and expecting shorts on game day; they will work, but woe to the team member in white shorts who forgets to wear underwear (or a bonus for a team that wants to advertise a sponsor on their underwear; the words will definitely be legible :P). They're cheap and pretty much the expected price - for me it is. But chances are pretty high you can easily do it without thinking if you avoid white.
