Due to social distancing we have to eat every time. Since I didn't want to spend as much time in the kitchen, the oven became my best friend that I interacted with almost every day. These shelves are excellent: really solid and well made, but most importantly, they work like a charm. I use it for salting in the fridge, cooking large joints of meat or chicken outdoors (in the oven), and as a rack for cooling baked goods. Highly recommended! To clean it, you can wet it a little and then brush it. They are really easy to clean and that's why I use them every time.
