I am 6ft 2in and 250lbs and the length and size 2X is very good. It's long enough to cover my back even when I lean forward. . It feels light and cool and isn't as heavy when soaked in sweat. You won't realize how saturated it is until you take it off. Defects. It snags more easily when working in the garden, leaving small stretch marks. , it's sheer (it's a very thin mesh fabric), if you have a hairy chest your hair will stand up, and it's not suitable for tumble drying and can only be washed on a light machine wash. If you only have 1 of these shirts, if you only have other items that can be washed on the gentle cycle, it boils down to really hand washing and hanging dry. It dries very quickly, much faster than cotton shirts. but hanging to dry is an issue as the only place I need to hang it is over the bath tub. Try it on low or air tumble dry and see what happens, but being plastic I have my doubts. I wash my hair and slosh water with my feet when I shower, then shake it vigorously to remove as much water as possible and hang it over the showerhead to dry, and it usually dries the next day. So I don't actually need a second shirt.
