I love these pillows and use them in two ways: First, I sleep on my side so my knees don't touch each other, which for some mysterious reason begins to hurt as I get older. Maybe all the fat on your knees is gone. Anyway, the second way I use a pillow is under my knee when sleeping on my back. It lifts my knee and helps relieve knee pain which again just comes from getting older. Welcome to old age. My only complaint is that all of these pillows appear to be white. I would have preferred a darker color, as the solid white cover shows even the smallest dirt. The BioPEDIC brand is sold in some major retailers, so the quality is probably good. The time will show. So far I'm satisfied.
