Review on Digital Ballast Dimmable Quantum 1000W by Nick Ross

Extremely disappointed with the Quant II 1000w ballast. Despite the bad reviews about the products, I bought two ballasts against my common sense (because Hydropharm put their name on them). Credit, this ballast is complete garbage. It turned on for about 20 seconds and then blew my new HPS bulb. This isn't my only lamp setup. I currently own a couple of 1000w xtrasun ballasts and can assure you it wasn't a bulb or electrical wiring. I'm not risking another expensive lightbulb only to find out the first time was just an "accident". Contacted Revain immediately for a refund and they complied. DO NOT BUY THIS BALLAST
