They work great.
I have no problems with that. Many have been used to "upgrade" laptops that don't have built-in 5GHz WiFi and desktops that don't have WiFi at all. They have standard Realtek chips, so drivers are often built into Windows or otherwise easy to download. I don't need top speed; they seem to work pretty well. And the price is right. Very happy here.
