Very translucent. In the photo I was wearing black and red panties to see the difference. The material is thin, just right for warm weather. I know that lighter colors are often more transparent, so I wasn't surprised. I will never wear them on practice day, but I can wear them on practice day with an oversized t-shirt. I'm 5ft 4,145lbs and have an average B color of orange red. Fits perfectly in length and stretch and around the waist. It's more of a coral color than the picture they give. Very spring-like feeling.
