Poor wear resistance, but comfortable.
I bought this chair and have used it for 16 months. Good - it was comfortable and supported the lower back. Bad - the armrests of the chair were a constant problem. They are screwed in, and for some reason the screws kept coming out, causing the pads to either fall off (if both came out) or spin. Also, the pads don't have much grip, so they flatten out quickly. But the biggest problem is the base of the chair. It's not metal - it's some kind of composite material. I weigh 185 pounds - not a big guy. And the base completely broke after 16 months of use for work. Ridiculous.
