If you receive several of these it probably means you are using them in an old facility/house. Since old places tend to have stripped sockets, they don't stay in the wall as easily. While this is not a product design flaw, it is a clip that should hold it in place. Since they screw directly into the socket cover, they can only be used on one of the two sockets. They tend to fall right out of another outlet, especially since three-prong devices also have heavier cords. Since they can't be flipped (one of the pins is larger) I want them to come in packages with the pieces up and down. They only do their job in ideal situations with straight and light cables. If you have to bend the cord around a desk or desk, I've seen the converter detach from the wall or bulge out of the outlet even with the screw in place. I would definitely recommend getting some higher quality items if you need a bunch of these. If you only need a pair in places where it will not be damaged or bent, you can use these
