Okay guys this mic is awesome. Great sound quality but WARNING: Watch a YouTube video on how to set it up or the sound will be poor. I think a lot of the complaints here are due to operator error. 2 important things: 1. Switch to Solenoid Heart Shape mode and hold the mic in front of your mouth and 2. Turn down the gain. If you do these 2 things the sound quality will be amazing. I also like the boom mic. You really have to rotate parts of the handle to hold it in place, but I don't see any other similar product on the market and mine rotates well. Once set up, it's great. You can see how I use it in my picture. I do podcasts so it's really helpful for me to be able to just turn this thing on and off and it looks great. Finally, the customer service was really fantastic. I actually lost a part and the company helped me a lot and got me the part I lost (my fault) very quickly. I love these guys and it's very very very rare that I get great customer service these days so I will most likely stay with these guys forever.
