Skin dulls and cracks easily
I really liked this backpack, but the skin started to fade so quickly. It looks rough and old and wasn't like that when I first got it. I have several leather items and have never had this problem so quickly. I used leather conditioner and it didn't help much. I'm frustrated because it's been a few weeks since the return window.
