Pictures are deceptive. The description is misleading. You have to do MUCH more than blow up balloons. This kit has been around for a very long time. It was funny. Included was a small pink plastic needle for threading banners. The tape must be cut to the desired length. Make sure all letters are ok because they are not ok. You need to tie a ribbon in the middle of the tissue paper balls and separate each tiny layer as shown in the photo. You will need to take each little tab apart to hang the little ribbons. I have fibromyalgia and it was a very tedious job. Took me over an hour to assemble everything apart from hanging. So please prepare all the details well in advance of the party. The decorations looked great. They were super cute. I would give more stars if it said you have to do all this work. I would also have given it more stars if the seller had just apologized when I texted them and asked for a partial refund for the wasted time, pain and frustration it caused, but they didn't did. When the guests came, I hung things up. Remember. yes they are quality Yes, they look great. But help with the collection, otherwise it will take a very long time.
