The model is disappointed. I really liked the models that are used in offices (2040dn b / w reliable units, albeit with their own characteristics). On the wave of sympathy, and laudatory reviews, I purchased this unit for my home use to replace my old, legendary HP1100a. I will say for sure, this Kyocera model (5526cdw) is not worth the money. The only good thing about it is a scanner and a cool toy - printing via WI-FI (printing from a smartphone is pretty cool). The scanner often helped out, and even then with a third-party paid program. A work colleague also speaks unflatteringly about this MFP. It is a pity that acquaintance with a colleague happened after the acquisition of this unit. The review is not custom. It just hurt. I donβt know how things are now with other brands of printer equipment, maybe even worse. At the time of writing this review, the total run on the printer is 2700 pages. If you like Kyocera, you want both laser and color, while space and finances allow, look at older models. And be sure to drive it in all modes in the store / showroom - listen to how it starts, how it works, how it prints, scans, copies. I wish you good luck with your choice!
