Easy to use, makes it easy to hold your iPhone or iPad. Bought for Zoom calls but also found it helpful for my grandson to watch instructional videos. The material seems very durable and I was concerned that the item might fall off when the iPad was attached, but I almost left the iPad in the holder for a few days and was very impressed that it never fell over. The reason for the 4 stars is that with the iPad it doesn't always stay where you put it, it tends to move down when you hold it at certain angles, try to pull the back bracket tighter but it has not tightened any more . Otherwise very satisfied with the product.
