It does have great functionality that is easy for our employees (and staff!)to use - even without being trained or having extensive experience with this program! You can do just about anything within its capabilities if you know where & how. With such power comes an abundance of possibilities which makes navigating through screens very difficult at time unless they are well organized/laid out in advance so as not overwhelm new users coming from different backgrounds than those who developed it originally? But once we get past first impressions I'm sure things will ease up somewhat because no problems should seem insurmountable when there's really nothing truly overwhelming going against them either!! We've been able't figure something yet but would most likely be solved upon further testing by other departments / offices etc., since these changes were made primarily across department lines rather then individual line level updates per se it may take some trial-by-error adjustments before getting your system set like clockwork again :) Having said everything above though -- overall user interface design could benefit greatly from adding images wherever possible instead simply text only fields whenever applicable. The ease of use for our employees is one thing we love about Ascent! I would say that there are no downsides as far how it works or what you can do with this software system. We have been able to customize everything in order to meet needs (i.e., different pay periods). It's easy enough so even an employee without any experience could figure out exactly where they need help if something isn't working right away when using these modules/features like direct deposit into bank accounts.
