We've had it for a month, and no issues for the student using it for class and practicing on all of us; it's working well. As an RN, I am pleased with it; Calibration spot on. The 20 yr warranty on the calibration was the main selling point for me. (I contacted company; you mail it to them, they return it, paying the return shipping. Wish I could remember the expected turn around, but it was just a few days. Also 3yr warranty on the cuff itself.); nice not to have to consider this piece of equipment as "throw-away".UPDATE: May 2015 and all remains working. No complaints.
