We were remodeling our home and bought two of these lights for our kitchen. We are satisfied with the luminous flux and the appearance of the luminaires. The only problem and the reason I gave this 3 stars is the lack of communication. Unfortunately, our electrician broke one of the balls. When removed for cleaning, it breaks. I have tried every way I can to contact the seller about purchasing another globe. I couldn't find the sizes in big stores either. I was disappointed as I usually get decent communication when working with Revain.
