They are very helpful, knowledgeable professionals who provide great customer service! I have used them twice so far to form two different types of entities in Florida (LLC & S-Corp). Both times they were extremely friendly but professional at all time which made my experience wonderful everytime we spoke with each other via telephone or email throughout their process from start till finish!! We had some issues that needed resolved both time around regarding our filing fees etc., however once those problems got solved everything went smoothly as expected. Overall excellent business partner/professional team member whom you can rely upon 100% when it comes down to forming an organization through legal means. ! Highly recommended by me. !! A+ would be highly anticipated if this was one thing available across America where everyone could utilize such quality help without having any hassles during tax season especially since most people don't like dealing directly wtih IRS agents anyway. . !!
